Scope of Services The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish and agreement with an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide Commercial Paint Labor Services District-Wide on an as needed basis, and to secure firm, fixed unit prices, rates, and percentages for the contract period as specified in the solicitation. Awarded Contractor will be responsible for providing complete painting services listed herein including all qualified labor, supervision, technical expertise, equipment, tools, supplies (accept as otherwise provided by CCSB), trade accessories, etc. necessary to complete designated projects which cannot be handled in-house. Services will be required on an as needed basis district-wide. This bid will establish firm unit prices for specified services. Hourly labor rates and material markup bid is for other services not specified.
