The City of Oklahoma City is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the physical and psychological safety of its employees. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve safety outcomes and foster a strong culture of safety, we are seeking a consultant to help us complete three phases of work: (1) assess the current landscape of physical and psychological safety for City employees, including building safety audits and a review of policies and practices; (2) provide strategic goals and recommendations based on landscape assessment findings; and (3) pilot best practices or other promising safety management solutions in collaboration with City staff.
