Notice is hereby given that the County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that bidders for Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction projects must be qualified prior to submitting a bid. The County intends to use the list of pre-qualified contractors for the JOCs listed below. Notwithstanding, in its sole and absolute discretion the County reserves the right to expand the solicitation to all contractors, conduct another round prequalification, or not pursue the prequalification process.
