Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Age of Learning, Inc., for a one (1) year period in the amount of $35,370.22, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at a total cost not to exceed $110,411.68, for unlimited access to ABCmouse Home Access for Libraries (ABCmouse). ABCmouse is an online learning catalog and curriculum with more than 10,000 interactive books, educational games, puzzles, and other learning activities designed to improve literacy for children ages two (2) through eight (8). The Library Services Department has offered ABCmouse to its patrons since 2021, averaging over 8,500 users per month.
