Dedicated 10gb Power over Ethernet (POE) network switch – Netgear m4250 series or equivalent. Network will be an isolated network from the City and State networks with external access for remote support. 3.2.2. Wireless Access Points (for iPad control and system commissioning) 3.3. Presentation/Video 3.3.1. AV over IP – Crestron NVX 3.3.2. Sources/Destinations – Sources- include any necessary audio inputs and outputs 3.3.2.1. NVX Encoder –One (1) system per courtroom. The Docket PC will be furnished by the City. 3.3.2.2. NVX Encoder- Document Camera 3.3.2.3. NVX Encoder – Wireless Presentation (HDMI) source – for movable podium 3.3.2.4. NVX Encoder – HDMI Auxiliary input is near the Clerks station 3.3.2.5. NVX Multi-window processor (for Liberty recording) – Crestron, Extron, TVOne or equivalent. Must have four (4) inputs and one (1) output – Include necessary NVX encoders/decoders 3.3.2.6. Virtual/Hybrid meeting capabilities – Crestron Flex, Zoom, Teams, etc. – Must include necessary NVX encoders/decoders 3.3.2.7. Liberty Virtual Meeting – Must include the necessary NVX encoders/decoders and necessary USB to/from HDMI devices. – The City will provide the PC. 3.3.2.8. Courtroom Cameras – PTZ or AI Tracking – must include necessary NVX encoders/decoders 3.3.2.9. NVX Decoder – Two (2) 50-inch (minimum) wall mounted audience displays per courtroom 3.3.2.10.NVX Decoder – Judges bench monitor – Must include Crestron button panel for source selection – The City will provide the monitor 3.3.2.11.NVX Decoder – Witness stand monitor – Must be a minimum of 24 inches and include any necessary display mounts
