The Department seeks to implement a new licensing, administration, and enforcement management Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution. The Department envisions the new solution will replace Sovos ShipCompliant Product Registration Online (Alcohol registration) and Tyler Arkansas, formerly Information Network of Arkansas (INA). The solution should enable several key business objectives, including but not limited to the following: 1. Increase efficiency of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and Arkansas Tobacco Control (ATC) processes and allow staff to do more work with less effort. 2. Enable complete and accurate auditability of alcohol, tobacco and medical marijuana (MMJ) licenses, taxes, fines, and fees collection. 3. Allow ABC and ATC to increase services offered without increasing their number of existing staff. 4. Facilitate all license activities through a single portal. 5. Provide an enhanced user experience for licensees and ABC/ATC/Enforcement staff. 6. Provide a Brand registration service in conjunction with the record management system.
