The Steam Line and Condensation Return Lines for the OSP SMH Housing has failed and is scheduled for replacement. The Scope of Work for this project include: • Provide all excavation and AC /Concrete demo for trenching of new piping route. • Remove and Replace Steam Line and Condensate Return line from the SMH to Point of Connection Adjacent to 5 Gate Tower. • Provide Direct Bury Steam and Condensate Lines from SMH Mechanical Pit to under Wall • Provide Riser for Steam and Condensate to top of wall (Outside of Prison) • Provide Steam and Condensate Piping from Top of Riser to Point of Connections over the 5 Gate Vehicle Sally Port • Provide Main Line Drip Valve with Condensate Discharge • Provide Expansion Loop • Provide all required Pipe Supports, Hangers and Insulation. • Provide Backfill, Compaction and Patching (AC / Concrete) of Pipe Trench.
