The Services, generally, will include, for the Project: school building HVAC system inspection and evaluation; development of conceptual design alternatives and preparation of a feasibility assessment report; preparation of schematic design documents, outline specifications, and estimates of Project construction costs; preparation of detailed design, plans, specifications, and other necessary construction documents for competitive bidding for the Project; bid phase administration and support; and construction phase administration and oversight services. The District has been awarded a school building construction grant by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (“CTDAS”) through the HVAC Indoor Air Quality Grant Program for Public Schools (the “HVAC IAQ Program”) for the Project.
