Daily Responsibilities Empty waste containers and remove trash Vacuum carpeted areas Dust desks, chairs, credenzas, tables, cabinets & office equipment Clean entrance door glass, interior & exterior Return chairs, furniture & waste containers to proper positions Kitchen – remove trash, damp wipe microwave, sweep or mop, clean & sanitize sink, wipe exterior of refrigerator Single restroom – Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap & other supplies Single restroom – Empty trash, sweep or mop and sanitize floors, sanitize sink & toilet, clean and polish mirror Weekly Responsibilities Dust & remove cobwebs on interior windows, blinds, tops of partitions, & around desks & entrance thresholds Remove spots from carpet Clean & sanitize phones Damp mop floors Monthly Responsibilities Dust high reaching areas including vents & HVAC Remove cobwebs and bugs Clean baseboards, carpet edges & corners Vacuum upholstered furniture Strip & wax kitchen & bathroom floors as needed
