a. Conduct archival research of development in the CITY including the review of Sanborn Maps, aerial photographs, past permit records, records and documents maintained by the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, and historic photographs, as well as the review of prior surveys undertaken by the City of Fort Lauderdale. City staff will provide preliminary data of addresses to review and assist in conducting permit research, as required; and b. Perform field work to photograph and collect data on current conditions in areas identified for intensive level architectural resource survey using a digital platform such as ArcGIS Survey 123. City staff will assist in the field survey; and c. Data must also include information concerning existing flood zones and potential impacts on historic resources; and d. Creation of Geographic Information System (GIS) maps and comma-separate value (CSV) data files collected during field work; and e. Evaluate data and provide conclusions of eligibility for designation as a local historic district or inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places; and f. Preparation and submission of Historic Structure Forms and Historic Resource Group Forms to the Florida Master Site File (approximately 350 forms).
