. Perform eleven (11) Monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) Services and one (1) annual certification service for the five (5) elevators and systems. 1. Monthly tasks to be completed shall include, but not limited to: a. Follow recommended traction elevator tasks (See "Traction Elevator Modules and Tasks” attachment) b. Ensure Pit is clean c. Check hoist-way lighting d. Visual inspection of car and hoist-way e. Ensure all car control panels are operable f. Ensure car stops level with corridor floor g. Inspect braking system h. Inspect interior and exterior of car make repairs as needed i. Review alarm log history and make adjustments as needed j. Check controller electrical connections to ensure clean and tight k. Check pit pump operation l. Lubricate sheaves and pulleys as required m. Test all elevator safety systems n. Clean and test door sensors as required o.
