2.1 Asset Management System – combine all relevant data collected within a sidewalk management package (software) that is relevant and user friendly. The following components should be considered as part of the system and/or to be addressed as part of the capabilities of the submitting firm: 2.1.1 Mapping System - easy to understand thematic maps with various options to graphically represent the asset components and related information with geospatial attributes. 2.1.2 Reporting (dashboards, customizable spreadsheets, graphs, plots, documents, etc.). 2.1.3 Cloud-based system is preferred. 2.1.4 Easily updatable data, inventory, and other information. 2.1.5 User Friendly - ability to accurately define, locate, and update information. 2.1.6 System of prioritizing repairs with ability to accurately estimate repair cost. 2.1.7 Items 2.1.7.1 through 2.1.7.5 are optional: 2.1.7.1 Work Orders (schedule tasks for scheduled repairs). 2.1.7.2 Ability to attach notes and photo to assets. 2.1.7.3 Accessibility for field use and inspections. 2.1.7.4 Detailed history of asset work order and inspection history 2.1.7.5 Citizen request tracking & mapping (reportable) as may be attached to the asset.
