A. Operational Support: o Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. o Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations regarding activities and findings. o Facilitate communication between CRB members, city officials, and the public. B. Regulatory Compliance: o Ensure all operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding police oversight. o Assist in adhering to the standards set forth by the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE). C. Data Management: o Manage intake of complaints and feedback submitted to the CRB. o Maintain a comprehensive database of complaints, investigations, and outcomes that is accessible and secure. o Facilitate the collection of quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the CRB’s work.
