The Governing Board (the “Board”) of the Napa Valley Unified School District (the “District” or “Owner”) is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified providers of lease-leaseback construction services (“Contractors”) for the construction of the roofing, HVAC, and painting work of improvement (the “Work”) which is part of the The Browns Valley TK-8 & Silverado MS Campus Modernization (Project 1) and/or 6 Site Campus Modernization (Project 2) project (“Project”) within the District. The District plans to construct the Work, which are roofing, HVAC, painting, and site improvements projects, on multiple District-owned site located at the sites listed below in Napa, Napa County, California, and the District is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Work.
