This work includes, but is not limited to, the following key tasks. A. Perform removals to clear the site for construction including, but not limited to, vegetation removal, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing improvements, and removal of select sidewalks to be realigned. B. Place embankment/common site fill utilizing on-site borrow areas and material stockpiles. C. Place embankment/common site fill utilizing material brought in from nearby City projects. D. Import and place embankment/common site fill utilizing contractor-sourced imported fill. E. Import and place structural fill within future building areas. F. Construct a sewer stub beneath the future Rio Grande extension embankment. G. Relocate an existing irrigation ditch (Supply Ditch) into a 30 inch HDPE piped reach with new headwall, diversion structures, and laterals. H. Construct realigned sidewalks. I. Implement stormwater management (including preparation of a stormwater management plan and completion of a stormwater construction permit with CDPHE), site security, site restoration, final grading, and quality control/environmental testing as necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
