1.1. Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (“eRFQ”) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Savannah Technical College (STC) to establish a one-time purchase with one authorized supplier to provide HVAC Duct Cleaning Services to Savannah Technical College (hereinafter, “the State Entity”) as further described in this eRFQ. The College is seeking to establish services with a supplier that can provide HVAC Duct Cleaning Service. The service will take place at Savannah Technical College – Savannah Campus, Effingham County, Liberty County and Crossroads Campuses.
