The Work of this Project generally includes, but is not limited to, improvements to the existing Lehigh Acres WWTF consisting of repurposing the decommissioned MBR system treatment train tanks and other ancillary facilities to accomplish the near-term treatment capacity expansion. The Work shall include all labor, materials, and equipment required to install Owner Direct-Purchased Fine Screens, Submersible Mixers, Screening Conveyor, Positive Displacement Blowers, Diffusers, Submersible Pumps, Membrane Biological Reactors, End-Suction Pumps, piping, valves, fittings, control panels, flow meters, level controls, analyzers, instrumentation, and all other appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work shall also include but not be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment required for the piping, supports, valves, fittings, Electrical Building, stairs, walkway, platforms, supports, tank improvements, penetrations, patching, and all other construction indicated on the Contract Documents for a complete, working, and operable system.
