The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality seeks a bidder to provide reclamation services on Clark Fork River. This is Reach A, Phase 7 of a larger Superfund remediation contract. Work specific to this project is described in the Clark Fork River Reach A, Phase 7 bid packet provided on the Questions page of this event and the drawings posted as prerequisites on the page of the same name. Bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids (IFB) must comply with the instructions and procedures herein as well as provide all required documents either as specifically called out in the eMACS event and/or contained within the solicitation documents.
