The selected Proposer(s) will: A) Site preparation specifications must be provided by the manufacturer for each bathhouse or restroom building based on various State Parks across Alabama. Site preparation will be completed by ADCNR or a designated contractor; B) The manufacturer or purchaser of the modular buildings in the style of “bath houses” and “restrooms” are found in Exhibit A. The manufacturer or purchaser must note any deviations from the specifications that the Proposer cannot satisfy; C) Deliver the buildings to a designated facility or location; D) Install the buildings on prepared sites and prep for connection to utilities (water, sewer, and power); and E) Provide turn-key units in compliance with all local and state codes and federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
