Town of Capitol Heights intends to enter into a Unit Price Contract with a qualified firm to provide construction and construction-related services including but not limited to the construction, repair, retrofit, alteration and modernization for the Town of Capitol Heights’ Public Safety Complex. This project consists of constructing the Public Safety Complex building and site improvements. The building will by constructed of modular units previously purchased by the Town. Construction of the building includes, but is not limited to, constructing the foundation, setting the modular units, repairing and finishing the modular units, and all utility systems and connections. The modular units have been sitting on-site for several years and repairs are required due to exposure and vandalism. Construction of site improvements include parking lot, sidewalk, stairs, storm drainage and stormwater management, lighting, landscaping, and utilities.
