• Custodial work will be performed at all of the Town’s properties. This includes the Fire Department, Police Department, Library, Town Hall, Community Development Department, Armstrong Building, Administration, Transfer Station (twice weekly), Highway Department (twice weekly), Griffin Park restrooms (seasonal* - 3 times a week) and Rogers Field restrooms (seasonal* - 3 times a week). * Approximately April-November • Custodial work will be performed on a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 4:00 PM. • The locker rooms and bathrooms at the Police Department will be cleaned one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week, with the time to be determined between the Town and the vendor. This is in addition to the custodial work performed Monday through Friday. • Shower stalls will be cleaned once a week for buildings that have them. • The Town of Windham will supply all cleaning supplies to accomplish the scope of custodial tasks. Vendor may make recommendations for cleaning supplies which will be evaluated by the General Services Department. • All vendors will supply a total lump sum price for daily and quarterly tasks. • All vendors will supply pricing per building for carpet cleaning (excluding the library).
