The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses on behalf of Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the implementation of a comprehensive Operator Certification Management System (OCMS) seamlessly integrated with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, and a new Online Exam Platform. This integrated platform will streamline and automate the entire lifecycle of operator certification processes, enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with certified operators, instructors, and stakeholders. By centralizing data, automating workflows, and facilitating effective communication, the OCMS, CRM, Online Exam Platform will drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operator certification program, ultimately supporting DEQ WQD's mission of protecting public health and the environment through effective water and wastewater management.
