A. Limit use of the premises to BMX bicycle racing and related activities. No other use shall be permitted without prior written consent of the County Project Manager; B. Be sanctioned and maintain sanctions by USA BMX; C. Warrant that they shall comply with all recognized and applicable industry wide BMX rules and regulations regarding safety, operation, and maintenance of BMX tracks; D. Advertise and post all track schedules and events to public, minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to taking place; E. Have and maintain a public voicemail to answer all public questions and have a social media page to inform users of any issues, cancellations, delays, or concerns at the track. Track schedules and operation can change due to weather restrictions; F. Keep records of all necessary track events, financial reports and practices and properly report to USA BMX and County of Volusia, upon request; G. Provide and maintain all necessary equipment and items needed to operate the BMX track for any and all programs, classes, tournaments, events, practices, and meetings held on property. Must provide and install a working starting gate at track and be approved by the County of Volusia and USA BMX; H. Be responsible for all ongoing track maintenance in accordance with established standards for track conditions suitable for USA BMX sanctioned practices and events including, but not limited to: supplying and maintaining all equipment to support racing activities;
