The work encompasses the construction of a backup generator, pad, and automatic transfer switch at the wastewater lift station located at 164 Louis Broer Road in East Palatka. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to ensure that all electrical work is constructed in accordance with the Florida Building Code, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), contract specifications, and guidelines. All labor, materials, equipment, and services required to construct the backup generator, generator pad, and automatic transfer switch, as well as all testing required and miscellaneous work to complete the project in accordance with FDEP requirements, the Florida Building Code, and contract specifications and guidelines shall be included in the Bid price.
