The project includes, but is not limited to, refurbishments of all four pump units and associated gearbox, construction of new fuel storage facility, replacement of two 57 HP vacuum pump units, all bulkhead channel guides for intake and discharge existing carbon steel discharge roller gates, replacement of existing septic system and relocation of septic tank, including new pump and drain field, replacement of the existing carbon steel rails and wheels for discharge roller gates, refurbishment of all six cooling water pumps and one booster pump, decommission dewatering valves and grates, completion of roof deck survey and analysis to verify elevation, slope, and deflection of existing precast concrete decking and cast in place concrete perimeter beam, roofing system replacement, replacement of the existing fencing throughout the pump station site, replacement of exterior lighting, fabrication of new stop logs for spillway bay, refurbishment of 5 existing steel bulkheads and one steel pick-up beam at pump station S-7, refurbishment of 5 existing steel bulkheads and one steel pick-up beam at pump station S-8, and painting the interior and exterior of the building.
