Daily services shall include: Clean during and/or after regular business hours with mid-morning supply checks in public restrooms. On nights that public meetings are being held, make reasonable attempts to clean without disrupting meetings. Maintain the facilities as clean and well-presented professional office space Empty wastebaskets and reline as needed and empty recycling bins Place trash and recycling at designated collection sites (to be determined by the City of Frankfort) Clean drinking fountains/filling stations Clean entrances, exits, vestibules, floors, and all front lobby glass inside and outside Clean kitchen and breakroom areas (2) Dust low and high horizontal surfaces, ledges, sills, moldings Vacuum all carpeted areas (common and office spaces) Sweep floors Public Restrooms (2): Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls, urinals, and sinks Clean mirror glass Dust and spot clean partitions Spot clean walls as needed Refill soap, towels, toilet paper, and sanitizer dispenser Dust low and high horizontal surfaces, ledges, sills, moldings Dust mop and wet mop floor areas Private Restrooms (2) Clean and sanitize all toilet bowls, urinals, and sinks Clean mirror glass Dust and spot clean partitions Spot clean walls as needed Refill all dispensers Dust low and high horizontal surfaces, ledges, sills, moldings Dust mop and wet mop floor areas Annual services shall include: Stripping and waxing of the floors and maintain to a presentable level throughout the remainder of the year. Steam clean carpets (common areas) and maintain to a presentable level throughout the remainder of the year. Public Safety Building (300 W.
