The Work, to be bid in four Divisions, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of 24-inch DIP water transmission main with related ductile iron fittings, 36-inch steel casings (open cut and bored), 24-inch valves, fire hydrants, air release assemblies in manholes, including construction staking, traffic control, clearing, erosion control, trenching, compacted backfill, flushing, hydrostatic testing, disinfection, grassing & landscaping, pavement restoration, and clean-up as required for a complete and operational potable water transmission main in the right-of-way of US Hwy 411, SR 293, Burnt Hickory Rd, and along easements. All Work must conform to the requirements of the Georgia EPD General Permit GAR 100002 and requirements of the applicable Georgia DOT utility encroachment permit(s).
