Successful vendor must possess all applicable licenses to perform engineering work in NJ. Applicant must have at least ten (10) years of experience in designing and permitting recreational projects for similarly sized municipalities. Firm must be multi-disciplined with special expertise in all facets of recreational engineering to include, but not limited to, recreation design, construction management, drainage, MLUL experience, various related engineering specialties on staff, experience in environmental assessments (wetlands, archaeological, endangered species, hydrologic studies), GIS, materials testing, and extensive knowledge of the Pinelands Commission’s rules and regulations. Applicant can also be assigned to perform other special engineering projects when deemed necessary by the Township Manger. The applicant must demonstrate the ability to: a.
