1. Vendor will supply all labor, materials and equipment to complete all work. The vendor will also remove all waste daily. 2. All toilet paper and soap janitorial dispensers will be supplied and installed by The City 3. A frost proof water fountain will be installed on the front of the building. MDF Brand is preferred or an approved equivalent. 4. The vendor will remove and replace the existing water heater with a new electric water heater of equivalent size. The water heater should be Rheem, American Standard, Bradford White, AO Standard or an approved equivalent. 5. In the plumbing chase the vendor will remove any existing wall or covering down to the studs and install 5/8 plywood walls over the studs and existing installation. 6. The vendor will renovate the men’s restroom. This includes: • Removal of existing partitions, sink, toilets, urinals. • Plumbing capped for all fixtures while work is being completed. • Remove and replace (1) return vent cover. • Removal and new material replacement of existing grab bars and toilet accessories. Bars should be stainless steel, support 500 pounds, and meet all ADA requirements. • Removal and new material replacement of existing metal panels on wall behind toilets/urinals. • Remove existing heater and replace with a new equivalent one. The replacement heater will output the same or more BTUs than the existing one. • Installation of new partitions and hardware. Partitions should HPDE solid plastic or an approved equivalent. All partition fixtures should be stainless steel. • Install a tamper resistant hose bib with standard threading i. May be set in a locking box or have a removable handle • Removal of existing floor mounted toilet. • Installation of 1 stainless steel floor mounted toilet. The toilet should use Sloan or Zurn flush valves or the equivalent. The fixtures should be American Standard, Kohler, Moen or approved equivalent. • Removal of existing urinal, replaced with (1) wall mounted stainless steel urinal. These urinals should contain Sloan or Zurn vales or the equivalent. The fixtures should be American Standard, Kohler, Moen or approved equivalent. • Sink removed and replaced with a stainless-steel wall mounted sink. The fixtures should have a stainless-steel water metered shut off. The sink and fixtures should be American Standard, Kohler, Moen or approved equivalent. • Installation of (1) Stainless steel framed stainless-steel mirror above sink. • Removal and new material replacement of (1) standard steel framed door and frame, with (1) exterior mounted lock. • The concrete floor cleaned and prepped. • Epoxy sealant applied to concrete floor. 7. The vendor will repair all damage to the women’s restroom. • Removal and replacement of (1) Standard steel framed exterior door and frame with exterior mounted lock. • Removal of existing partitions, sink and toilets. • Plumbing capped for all fixtures while work is being completed. • Remove and replace (1) return vent cover. • Removal and new material replacement of existing grab bars and toilet accessories. Bars should be stainless steel, support 500 pounds, and meet all ADA requirements. • Installation of new partitions and hardware. Installation of new partitions and hardware. The sink and fixtures should be American Standard, Kohler, Moen or approved equivalent. • Installation of (1) stainless steel framed stainless-steel mirror above sink. • Concrete floor cleaned and prepped. • Epoxy sealer applied to concrete floor. 8. The City will choose any color options available for paint, stain, or seal. 9. The City will choose any color options in wall, floor, ceiling, exposed building material, or fixtures is appropriate and if it doesn’t result in a material or functional change. 10. The vendor will supply at minimum a 5-year warranty on all workmanship. a. All materials will have a minimum of 1 year warranty on material defects
