The Contractor shall provide temporary (temp) labor services to supplement existing Orange County work forces during convention and tradeshow events at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Temp labor services under this contract may be utilized by any OCCC section, however the primary service need will be for the Environmental Services Section and a lesser volume of service needs will be for the Event Setup Section and the Event Utilities Section. Temp labor services may be required anywhere on the OCCC campus, including both the West Building and the North/South Building. These services will be required on an as needed basis and no minimum volume of workers or work hours are guaranteed under this contract.
