The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified Engineering and Architectural firms to perform and participate in a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method from pre-design, design, permit and construction of a minimum modern three (3) bay fire station on Anastasia Island. The City has selected a site for the fire station and included a conceptual plan in the solicitation. The firm is expected to be knowledgeable in the CMAR delivery method and have a good record of completing projects utilizing the method. Note: The project is being funded through The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshall appropriation. Award of contract is contingent upon receipt of these funds by the City.
