a) Contractor shall install and Industrial/Commercial Duty 1x (HP) Hysecurity Slide Gate Operator and all safety associated appurtenances. (Monitored Reflective Photo Eyes and Monitored Safety Edge). All safety appurtenances shall meet the latest Edition of Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Shall Gate Operator shall have a (5) year minimum WARRANTY. b) Contractor shall install a 25ft * 8ft dual track aluminum chain link gate and related hardware. Gate to be connected to existing fence and have new 5x 4in steel posts. c) Contractor shall install Loop Detection Devices for Slide Gate and in asphalt loops detectors inside of the parking lot. d) Contractor shall install a square Gooseneck Style metal post with a keypad. e) Contractor shall remove and replace all wiring from breaker panel to slide gate operator and keypad. All electrical wiring shall be placed in electrical grade conduit from the breaker panel box to entry gate operator and all safety components. All wiring shall meet the latest Edition of Federal, State, and Local Standards.
