1. Mobilization of all equipment, labor, tools, and materials to and from the project site. 2. Site demolition and removal of existing equipment and/or infrastructure. 3. Modifications to existing storm drain catch basin and piping. 4. Modification of existing West Storage Building. Procurement, and installation of storage racking and misc. equipment. 5. Modification of existing East Storage Building. Procurement, and installation of storage racking and misc. equipment. 6. Modification of existing South Storage Building. Procurement, and installation of storage racking and misc. equipment. 7. Installation of a new fire protection sprinkler system and associated supply piping system in the South Storage Building. 8. Installation of new HVAC equipment in the South Storage Building. 9. All other civil, yard piping, mechanical, and electrical work included in the Contract Documents.
