Project Vision and Objectives: Assist in defining the vision, goals, and objectives of the new City Hall, ensuring alignment with the City’s broader mission, operational needs, and future growth plans. This includes understanding key priorities such as accessibility and long-term maintenance. b. Budget Development: Develop a comprehensive project budget, including all anticipated costs including, but not limited to, planning, design, construction, furnishings, contingencies, and permitting. The Owner’s Representative will ensure all funding sources are identified and that budget constraints are respected throughout the project. c. Site Selection: Evaluate potential sites for the new City Hall, including the option of utilizing the current site or acquiring a new location. This process may involve the: d. Evaluation of Current Site: Assess the feasibility of using the existing unimproved City Hall site, considering factors such as the cost of developing the site from its current state, infrastructure requirements, and alignment with the City's future operational needs. e. Identify Potential Sites: The City may request that the Owner’s Representative conduct market research to identify parcels that would accommodate the future City Hall. The research may include site feasibility, environmental assessment, comparable properties, demolition and site preparation costs, and other pertinent information to assist the City Commission with the site selection.
