The Township of Old Bridge and its Ethical Standards Board desire to appoint a firm or firms to provide consulting legal services to the Township Ethical Standards Board. Responsibilities will be to represent the Ethics Board at all of its regular and special meetings and work sessions, conduct legal research and render legal opinions, represent the Board in any hearing, litigation, and assist the Board in any other manner necessary. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience with the NJ Local Government Ethics Law, Financial Disclosure Statements, Ethics Codes, and preparation of resolutions. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect the Township of Old Bridge should be addressed. Applicant may be an individual or a firm.
