1 Remove/Demo existing inoperative kitchen vent exhaust hood system to include: - (5) Gaylord vent hoods – (2x) 16’, (2x) 6’, and (1x) 3 ½’ - Roof Mounted Greenheck Exhaust Fan Model SHB-236-100-CW-UB-6 (Designated as EF-1) - Roof Mounted Greenheck MAU Model DG-120-H30-DB (Designated as MAU-1) - Roof Mounted upblast fan (Designated as EF-2) - All associated ductwork - Gaylord Hood Recessed wall mounted Control Panels o 1x C-6000 command center o 1x Quencher fire protection cabinet - All associated/dedicated fire suppression water piping back to the supply point and ensure line is capped - Ensure all wall penetrations are enclosed and/or protected to meet required fire ratings per NFPA - All associated electrical wiring and breakers; upgrade to current NFPA 70 standards 2 Additionally inspect the area for hidden damages or required repairs that are in addition to the approved work on the PO that is issued. Ensure you receive prior approval for any additional repair items not covered by this purchase order.
