1. Demolition/Removal of the existing relays, test switches, switches, and lockout devices. 2. Conduct bench testing on new relays. 3. Install the new relays. a. Run new conductors if necessary due to cabinet space constraints and length of existing conductors. b. Program the relays per industry standard best practices. 4. Perform protective relay testing and commissioning on all newly installed equipment and devices. a. Vendor will mark up each drawing for circuits that have been tested as tests are performed. b. Supply these marked up drawings to the FMPA engineer in charge on a daily basis. 5. Develop and supply drawings reflective of new equipment installed. 6. Develop and supply Logic Diagram reflective of new equipment installed. 7. Provide a comprehensive project report that includes all demolition and installation photos and test results and identifies any issues and future service recommendations.
