A. No substitutions or alternates will be accepted on this IFB. B. The Spot® Robot Government and Public Safety Kit must be new, with no remanufactured, demo, or refurbished parts. C. The Spot® Robot Government and Public Safety Kit must include: 1. New Boston Dynamics Spot® Robot, which must meet the following specifications: a. Terrain sensing and collision avoidance functionality. b. Wi-Fi connectivity. c. Blue in color. 2. Two (2) batteries, which must meet the following specifications: a. Minimum 90 minute runtime capacity. b. Minimum 180 minute standby time capacity. c. Charge time of 60 minutes or less. 3. Tablet with joysticks, which must meet the following specifications: a. 8” touch screen. b. Two (2) joysticks. 4. Cameras, which must meet the following specifications: a. 360° camera must be equipped with: i. FoV 360x170. ii. Resolution of 10 MP or better. b. Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera must be equipped with: i. Resolution of 2MP, 1080 or better. ii. 170°/sec range of motion. iii. Tilt range of -30° to 270°. iv. Optical zoom of 30x. c. Infrared (IR) camera must be equipped with: i. Low gain scene temp range of -40°C to +550°C. ii. High gain scene temp range of -40°C to +160°C. iii. FoV 69x56°. 5. Spot® Arm, which must meet the following specifications: a. Capacity of 24.3 pounds. b. Continuous lift capacity of 11 pounds. c. Drag capacity of up to 55.1 pounds.
