1. Clear the site of trees, brush, fences, buildings and obstructions occupying space needed for construction. No building or structure partially encroaching on the right-of-way or located so as not to interfere with construction operations, shall be removed unless specifically noted on the Drawings or directed by the Engineer. 2. Gathering manhole GIS data (survey data) for designated sewer manholes. 3. Pre-rehabilitation CCTV inspection of designated sewer pipes. 4. Post-rehabilitation smoke testing of designated sewer pipes. 5. Lateral-launch CCTV inspection and heavy cleaning/root removal of designated sewer service laterals. 6. Excavation support systems. 7. Backfilling, compaction, and bedding associated with all excavation Work. 8. General site work including paving, grading, drainage, fencing, signage, painting, etc. 9. Rehabilitation of gravity sewer pipes, sewer service laterals, and sewer manholes including sewer system renewals, point repairs, service connections, and cleanouts. 10. Installation of new or replacement of existing sewer including sewer pipes, sewer service laterals, and sewer manholes. 11. Surface restoration of paved and turf areas as defined by the Specifications. 12. Erosion and traffic control during construction. 13. Installation of cured-in-place pipe lining for existing 8-inch through 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipes. 14. Open cut replacement of existing sanitary sewer pipes. 15. All pre-lining point repairs, CCTV inspection, cleaning, excavatable sewer service replacements, and trenchless sewer service lateral renewals as shown in the Contract Documents. 16. Excavation and installation of all external sewer pipe repairs. 17. Installation of all internal point repairs. 18. Excavation and repair of sewer service lateral connections. 19. Sewer diversion pumping and flow control of existing sewer structures. 20. Sewer service cleanout installations and replacements. 21. Manhole rehabilitation with cementitious type linings. 22. All testing required by the Contract Documents to complete the Work.
