The following services should be included in the bid: • Unboxing of all equipment • Mounting or Racking of all equipment as depicted in design drawings or approved submittals. • Disposal of Packing Materials – The successful bidder must remove all trash and packing materials from the site. • Interconnection of equipment per included drawings as well as other interconnections, patch cables, etc required to connect to new and existing equipment. • Bidder to run any new conduit runs required (such as, but not limited to, connections between the video board control room and the score board for speaker wire) in as discrete a manger as possible. • All conduit runs will be left with pull lines at the completion of work. • Bidder to paint out all exposed conduit to match similar or exiting conduit runs in same area. • Bidder to protect all walls, trim, floors, equipment, and materials when working on finished surfaces. (1) Any materials damaged shall be replaced with new materials of like kind and quality at no additional cost to the town • All drilling, cutting, channeling, and patching required to install work as indicated or herein specified is the responsibility of the bidder. • All exterior enclosures, conduit, etc shall be rated for wet locations.
