• Service is to include treatment for the control of ants, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, roaches, spiders, wasps, fleas, ticks, and rodents (add other pests as needed). • Vendor will be responsible for treatment of interior of the main office and exterior of storage and/or other building(s). • Treatment should also include sweeping spider webs and wasp nests (stinging insects) from the building exterior monthly. • Service should include 7 rodent traps on exterior of main building, 1 interior rodent trap for main building, 2 exterior rodent traps at storage building and inspected monthly. • Vendor will be responsible for supplying all labor and materials to perform the service. • Minimum 48-hour response time for service and no charge for call-back service. • All work will be implemented by or at the direction of a licensed pest control technician
