The scope of work includes removal and replacement of sealant at exterior brick joints, cast stone joints, window and door frame joints at masonry joints, louvered vents at masonry joints rake and parapet walls and other building elements that are sealed by sealant. Cleaning and sealing the exterior brick and cast stone. Removing and reinstalling the 6’-0” wide concrete walkway between the parking garage and the Turnbull building, along with the storm water drains and clean outs.
