Towson University (TU) seeks a qualified vendor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for inspection, testing and maintenance, recharging, repairs and replacement of fire sprinkler systems and fire suppression systems in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations and procedures. Work performed shall be completed in a manner satisfactory to the Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or the Director of Emergency Preparedness (DEP) in all buildings owned and/or operated by Towson University. Refer to “Attachment A – TU Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Device List” for a complete listing. The Contractor shall assign one (1) Lead Sprinkler Technician to the University who shall be on site for regularly scheduled shifts of eight (8) hours a day, Monday through Friday, forty (40) hours per week, twelve (12) months per year Monday through Friday each week (except when the University is closed). Additionally, the Contractor shall assign one (1) Fire Suppression Technician to the University, as needed, who shall be responsible for all inspection, repair, and maintenance of all fire suppression systems semi-annually
