A. Two centralized speaker clusters will each consist of three horizontally rigged loudspeakers plus a downward- aimed loudspeaker for floor coverage. An additional smaller speaker will be used to cover the center court area from one of the two planned cluster locations. Two new subwoofers will provide additional low frequency support. Loudspeaker coordinates and aiming angles will be provided upon request to the winning bidder. B. Loudspeaker coverage shall be divided into four zones consisting of each fieldhouse side, center floor coverage and a dedicated zone for the temporary stage floor location. AV Contractor shall provide mute/unmute capability per zone to ensure system flexibility. C. All new loudspeakers, subwoofers and related hardware shall be white in color. D. AV Contractor shall remove all existing loudspeakers and set aside for future use by the school district. E. AV Contractor is responsible for any necessary man-lift needs required. F. New Dante-enabled audio amplifiers will provide the necessary power to all loudspeakers and subwoofers as specified. G. The specified Dante-enabled digital signal processer (DSP) partnered with a 7” rack-mounted touch screen shall be installed and programmed by a manufacturer-certified technician and provide all loudspeaker processing, zoning and provide the primary system user interface. AV Contractor to provide all DSP programming files to the district upon completion of the installation. H. AV Contractor shall install a dedicated input at the rack location for use with a mobile mixing console that is brought in for special events. The existing iPod connection point at the equipment rack is to remain. I. AV Contractor shall check and test all existing input locations and make repairs where necessary. AV Contractor shall re-terminate all inputs within the existing floor box as there are known issues there to be resolved. J. A new power sequencing system shall be installed as specified. AV Contractor is responsible to coordinate with the district for any additional power circuits that may be required. K. Main system equipment shall be housed in the existing equipment rack.
