A. FLEET VEHICLE REPAIRS: 1. Vendors must be a full-service station capable conducting all repairs in a safe and timely manner. 2. Vendors are required to cooperate and comply with any inquiry or requests made by State Fleet Operations. 3. Vendors are required to report any unsafe vehicle condition or parts to State Fleet Operations. These notifications should be made in writing as soon as they are discovered. 4. Vendors must have the ability to repair, service, and conduct preventative maintenance on a variety of foreign and domestic vehicle types including but not limited to EV’s, BEV’s, and HEV vehicles. These repair services must be available throughout the State of Rhode Island. The services will be used by State Fleet Operation’s passenger cars, vans, trucks, and equipment up to a GVW of approximately 10,000 pounds. Repair facilities certified to repair vehicles 10,001- pound GVW or higher will be expected to repair pick-up trucks, heavy trucks, buses, and any other combination of truck chassis weighing 10,001 pounds or greater. 5. If there are limitations or exemptions as to what vehicles may be repaired by a vendor, they should be identified in their submission,
