• Sign to be approx. 12’ in height, approx. 10’ in width and be monument style in design. Design to include a 5’ X 10’ double-sided 10 mm (maximum) LED display on top with enclosed base cabinet below to display county logo. • Sign will include primed and painted aluminum base cabinet with routed letters and county logo (final colors/design to be approved by the county). • Sign shall be installed and retrofitted to existing pole. Any modifications to the existing pole needed will be contractors’ responsibility. • Sign contractor responsible for all required permits to include but not limited to; City Sign Permit, City Building Permit and City Electrical Permit and any drawings required for approval of the project. • Contractor will be responsible for a licensed electrician to disconnect the existing electrical of the existing sign and reconnect the needed wiring for the proposed sign. • Contractor will be responsible for removing the existing sign and hauling away. • Contractor shall provide any necessary software required and training to staff for usage. • Include warranty information associated with the proposed sign. • Include cellular service information and any contractual agreements for sign programming associated with the proposed sign. • Provide parts guarantee to include any included service agreements and length of coverage. • Provide all materials and labor. • Preliminary sign design renderings shall be provided with bids for county evaluation. • Proof of insurance for the following shall be included in your bid submittal; o General Liability $1,000,000.00 o Automobile $1,000,000.00 o Worker’s Comp Statutory Limit
