EXTERIOR SIDING AND TRIM AREAS, THE FRAMING AND CEILING PORTIONS OF THE ENTRYWAY/WALKWAY COVER, AND THE CEILINGS OVER DOORWAYS, HALLWAYS, AND STAIRWAYS -These areas to be pressure washed using a mild bleach solution, to remove dirt and debris. -Any loose of peeling paint on the siding and trim areas to be scraped, sanded, and spot-primed with an oil base primer, as needed, prior to painting. -Any open gaps on the trim areas and where the corner boards meet the siding, to be filled with Quad Max caulk, as needed. SIDING, WOOD TRIM AROUND THE WINDOWS, AND THE WOOD CORNER BOARDS -Two coat of Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes solid color exterior stain to be applied with a sprayer. First coat to be sprayed and back-rolled, and second coat to be sprayed. -These areas to be stained the same color, matching the existing color as closely as possible. CEILINGS OVER THE DOORWAYS, HALLWAYS AND STAIRWAYS -Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Latitude paint in a satin finish to be applied. -These areas to be painted the same color, matching the existing white color as closely as possible. DOOR, WOOD AREAS ON THE ENTRYWAY COVER AND ON THE WALKWAY COVER. -One coat of Cabot brand stain to be applied. -Stain color to match the existing stain color as closely as possible.
