Required Services / Scope of Work • Design services for construction (CD) and construction administration (CA) to replace four (4) existing rooftop package units, including construction cost estimate, bid-ready construction drawings and specifications, construction management and administration, and final commissioning if necessary. • Structural engineering assessment and design to support the new rooftop units if required by Town Building Department for permitting. • Prepare documents and represent the school district during meetings/correspondence with CT DAS/Office of School Grant Project Review board. • Assist with bid phase support and contractor selection as required. • Provide construction phase and administrative services as necessary to ensure a successful project outcome.
