The Multnomah County Department of County Assets / Facilities and Property Management, is seeking Proposers from whom it may procure Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for a Sobering Center renovation, defined in the Scope of Work below. The anticipated location of the project is TO BE DETERMINED. The Project delivery vehicle will be a Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) process. Therefore, the awarded CM/GC firm will be expected to work cooperatively with the Owner, A/E Representatives, and other Trade Partners to assist with constructibility of design, to build the Project, and throughout the life of the Project. The anticipated timeline of the Project is outlined below in Section F: Anticipated Project Timelines. The purpose of the solicitation is to secure a Proposal of qualifications, from CM/GC Service Providers who have prior experience in CM/GC Services for projects similar in scope, scale, and delivery methods.
