The plumbing services to be provided include but are not limited to: • Material verification of private side water services. • Relocation, rerouting, work on new taps, or similar support on private side services. • Installation of pressure-reducing valves (PRVs) behind meters. • Maintenance of internal plumbing at town facilities. • Emergency backflow testing services or installation. • Private side sewer investigations and installation of sewer cleanouts. • Emergency grease trap maintenance. • Any and all work related to the plumbing profession along with extraneous work like restoration. • Occasional lateral closed-circuit television (CCTV) work from the private side and installation of cleanouts at right of way. • Sewer jetting of blockages. • Trade permitting with Orange County for the work. • Working with customers on access, schedule and restoration of disturbances. • Private water service line replacement required by the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule (as needed). • Providing a one-year warranty directly to the customer for all work performed on private property.
